You wake up, it’s a normal day you are going about your usual routine then suddenly something is different. You look in the mirror and WHAM  it hits you, you have wrinkles/ jowls and a  turkey gobbler and something needs to be done about it.  No more denying it, you are not happy with your looks.  That is the Mirror Moment.

So what happened.  Did you suddenly age overnight? No, but the image in front of you no longer reflects the way you feel on the inside. You feel  full of youthful energy but your reflection does not match.

The average age for Australian women to experience their mirror moment is 33 but it can be as low as 29 in China and as high as 39 in France. For most women it may be months until they have the courage to do something to feel better about themselves.

For those of you who have had the mirror moment, we recognise and welcome you in your goal to return to an image that you can love again in a safe, respectful environment.

For those of you who have not but believe in prevention and good maintenance we welcome you to be the best person you can be.
